摘要
目的探讨问题式学习(PBL)教学模式在自发性气胸临床见习教学中的应用价值。方法选择2017年8月~2019年2月在本院进行培训的见习医生90名,按照随机数字表法分为PBL组与对照组各45名。对照组采用传统教学方法,PBL组采用PBL教学模式,两组的见习时间为3个月,考核见习效果。结果见习后PBL组的平时成绩、技能考核与期末成绩都明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。见习后PBL组的专业技能、专业知识、专业思想、科研能力评分都明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 PBL教学方法在自发性气胸临床见习教学中的应用能提高见习医生的知识掌握水平与综合素质能力,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)teaching mode in the teaching of spontaneous pneumothorax clinical probation. Methods From August 2017 to February 2019,90 trainee doctors who were trained in the hospital were selected and were equally divided into PBL group and control group with 45 trainees accorded to the random number table method.The control group were used the traditional teaching method,the PBL group were used the PBL teaching mode,and the training time in the two groups were 3 months and were to assess the effects of the trainee. Results After the trainee,the PBL group’s usual scores,skill assessment and final scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The professional thinking,scientific research ability,professional skills and professional knowledge scores of the PBL group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of spontaneous pneumothorax can improve the knowledge level and comprehensive quality of the trainee doctors,which may be worthy of promotion and application.
