摘要
中国当前面临严重的水资源短缺问题,钢铁工业作为用水大户,节水减排势在必行。文章以"高炉-转炉"长流程钢铁联合企业为研究对象,梳理钢铁企业的水系统,摸清钢铁生产过程各工序的真实用水需求。以某大型钢铁联合企业为例,调查该企业的用水现状,结合生产工艺,对比用水需求,分析其存在的用水问题,提出钢铁企业水资源利用的优化措施,为管理决策者提供支撑。
China is facing a serious water shortage problem, and as a major water user of iron and steel industry, it is imperative to save water and reduce emissions."Blast furnace and converter" in the long process iron and steel joint enterprise was the research object, and then combined the water system of iron and steel enterprises and found out the real water demand of each process in iron and steel production process. Taking a large-scale iron and steel joint enterprise as an example, it investigated the current situation of water use in the enterprise and analyzed the existing water using problems by combining the production process and comparing the water demand. At last it put forward the optimization scheme of water resources utilization in the iron and steel enterprise, so as to provide support for the management decision-makers.
