摘要
文中在设计过程中对某位标器进行了整体结构振动仿真响应分析。与传统方法不同的是,不仅对位标器的主体结构进行了建模,还特别对传动机构的传动链也进行了建模,建立了一个完整的位标器有限元模型。在此基础上分析了位标器的模态特性和在振动环境条件下的应力分布,并对结构进行了优化。仿真过程综合考虑了结构变形和传动的耦合。可在此分析模式基础上,进一步整合结构系统的力学仿真技术,促进系统级仿真能力的提升。
In the design process of a coordinator,the vibration simulation response of the whole structure is analyzed.Unlike the traditional method,not only the main structure of the coordinator but also the transmission chain of the transmission mechanism is modeled in this paper.Thus a complete finite element model of the coordinator is established.On this basis,the modal characteristics of the coordinator and the stress distribution in the vibration environment are analyzed and the structure is optimized.The coupling of structural deformation and transmission is considered comprehensively in the simulation process.On the basis of this analysis model, the mechanical simulation technology of structural system can be further integrated to promote improvement of the system-level simulation capability.
