摘要
随着城市建设的发展,20世纪落成的老旧小区受建设年代条件的限制,规划建设年代早,建设标准低,不同程度地存在外观破败零乱、公用系统年久失修、节能效果差、供暖能耗高等问题,已无法满足绿色宜居、环境优美的生活要求。老旧小区作为城市的有机组成部分,经历了城市变迁,如何通过综合整治使老旧小区旧貌换新颜成为民生工程的一项重要工作。论文就老旧小区综合整治项目中室内供暖系统的改造设计要点进行了探讨。
With the development of urb an construction,the old residential districts built in the 20 th century are limited by their construction age conditions.The planning and construction age is early,the construction standard is low,and there are some problems in varying degrees,such as the appearance is broken and disorderly,the public system is out of repair,the energy-saving effect is poor,and the heating energy consumption is high,which can not meet the living requirements of green livability and beautiful environment.As an integral part ofthe city,the old residential areas have experienced urban changes.Through comprehensive renovation,the old residential areas have become an important work of livelihood projects.In this paper,the key points of indoor heating system reform design in the comprehensive renovation project of old residential areas are discussed.
