大众煤矿新副井井筒壁后注浆堵水技术参数的计算确定与应用 被引量:3

摘要 为有效充填井筒壁后空间和围岩裂隙,封堵井壁漏水,减小井筒总漏水量,改善井筒环境,降低淋水对井筒内设施的腐蚀破坏,延长井筒服务年限,对井筒结构、工程质量(漏水段岩石性质、水源、漏水点大小及涌水量大小等因素)进行调查分析,计算确定了注浆带范围、方式和施工顺序、浆液类型及注浆参数。采用分段注浆,控制注浆压力,防止注浆压力过高破坏井筒壁的强度,造成井筒壁破损,保证防止浆液流失,有效解决了矿井井筒井下渗漏水问题,同时起到了充填、加固和堵水的作用。 In order to effectively fill the space behind the wellbore wall and surrounding rock fissures,to plug the wellbore leakage,to reduce the total water leakage,to improve the wellbore environment,to reduce the corrosion damage of water to wellbore facilities,and to prolong the service life of the wellbore,the wellbore structure,engineering quality(rock property,water source,size of leakage point and water inflow and other factors) were investigated and analyzed,the scope,mode and construction sequence of grouting belt,type of grouting fluid and grouting parameters were determined by calculation.The subsection grouting was adopted to control the grouting pressure,to prevent the grouting pressure from being too high,to destroy the strength of the wellbore wall,caused the damage of the wellbore wall,ensured the prevention of slurry loss,effectively solved the problem of water leakage in the mine wellbore,and played the role of filling,reinforcing and water plugging.
