摘要
陇东地区原油高密度清防蜡剂的组成为:重质芳烃56.6%,正庚烷28.3%,萘0.80%,表面活性剂AEO 4.0%,纳米硬脂酸钠微球0.3%,密度为1.023 3 g/cm^3。静态下,45℃溶蜡速率为0.048 0 g/min,防蜡率46.7%;动态下,清防蜡剂投加量1 g/L时,可有效降低管壁结蜡。
Developed a complex system of high-density wax-clearing agents for the screening of crude oil properties in eastern Gansu Province.The composition is:heavy aromatics 56.6%,n-heptane 28.3%,naphthalene 0.80%,AEO 4.0%,nano-particles of sodium stearate 0.3%,density is 1.023 3 g/cm^3.Under static conditions,the wax dissolution rate of 45 ℃ is 0.048 0 g/min,and the wax prevention rate is 46.7%.Under dynamic conditions,when the amount of the anti-wax agent is 1 g/L,the waxing of the tube wall can be effectively reduced.
