摘要
中央苏区时期,依靠红军自筹给养的方式,在资源过度消耗中遇到困境,为了维持红军队伍的生存和发展,苏区中央局适时作出供给政策的转变,并采取各种措施保障红军给养。这是党在中央苏区军事建设历程中进行的一次新探索,红军正规化的军事后勤保障体制初步形成,在此后的革命战争中始终发挥着重要作用。
During the period of the Central Soviet Area, the Red Army was faced with difficulties in over-consumption of resources by relying mainly on self-financing. In order to maintain the survival and development of the Red Army, the Central Bureau of the Soviet Union made a change in the supply policy during the appropriate period, and took various measures to ensure the supply of the Red Army. Changing the supply policy is a new exploration made by the Communist Party of China in the course of military construction in the Central Soviet Area, and it is also the initial formation of the regularized military logistics support system of the Red Army, which has always played an important role in the subsequent revolutionary wars.
