摘要
茶产业和旅游产业互动融合是两者发展的内在需求,在"以旅兴茶、以茶促旅"的战略背景下,两者融合发展已成共识。以安徽省为例,借用耦合模型,定量分析2003~2016年安徽省茶产业和旅游产业耦合协调发展水平。结果表明:安徽省茶旅两大产业综合发展水平增速明显,综合协调指数波动上升,耦合度趋于稳定,耦合协调度值从2003年的0.15增加到2016年的0.69,标志着茶旅耦合等级由严重失调步入初级协调阶段。最后提出安徽省茶旅产业融合路径,从政府引导布局、加强茶旅示范基地建设、塑造安徽茶文化旅游形象、丰富茶文化旅游商品及培养茶旅一体化人才等5个方面提出相应建议。
Interactive integration of tea industry and tourism industry is the inherent demand of their development.Under the strategic background of "invigorating tea with tourism" and "promoting tourism with tea",integration development of the two has been well recognized.Taking Anhui Province as an example,this paper uses the coupling model to quantitatively analyze the coordinated development level of tea industry and tourism industry in Anhui Province from 2000 to 2016.The results show that the comprehensive development level of the two major industries of tea and tourism in Anhui Province has increased significantly,the fluctuation of the comprehensive coordination index rises and the coupling degree tends to be stable,and the value of coupling coordination degree has increased from 0.15 in 2003 to 0.69 in 2016,which indicates that the coupling level of tea tourism has stepped from serious imbalance to primary coordination stage.Finally, the paper puts forward the integration path of tea tourism industry in Anhui Province,and puts forward corresponding suggestions from five aspects: the government guiding layout,strengthening the construction of tea tourism demonstration base,shaping the image of Anhui tea culture tourism,enriching tea culture tourism commodities and cultivating tea tourism integrative talents.
