基于NL模型的光电加速度计加速试验方法研究

摘要 加速度计是惯性导航系统的重要组成部分,民用飞机光电加速度计具有高可靠、长寿命的特点,对于新研产品,由于缺乏运营数据的支撑,为了验证光电加速度计的高可靠性指标,应在产品的失效机理不发生改变的前提下,提高试验应力来开展加速评价。从加速模型选择、加速应力确定和试验数据处理等方面论述了光电加速度计可靠性加速试验的设计方法,为高可靠长寿命产品的可靠性试验评价提供了一种思路。 Accelerometer is an important part of inertial navigation system.Civil aircraft photoelectric accelerometer has the characteristics of high reliability and long life.For the new developed products,due to the lack of the support of operational data,in order to verify the high reliability index of photoelectric accelerometer,the stress should be improved to cary out acceleration evaluation without changing the failure mechanism of products.The design method of the reliability accelerated test of the photoelectric accelerometer is introduced from the aspects of the acceleration model selection,the acceleration stress determination and the test data processing,which provides an idea for reliability test evaluation of high reliability and long life products.
