摘要
南京金茂广场二期项目桩基采用全逆作法施工,综合考虑施工质量、安全及施工可行性,采用“双层多向定位导向、重力式初调垂、胀缩变形挤压柱底精调垂”施工工艺,设计的双层多向定位导向装置,能够使钢柱沿设定的平面位置下放;高压设备供气,通过加筋软管连接控制器、胀缩式胶筒、平衡重等,利用控制器调整各组胀缩式胶筒的气压大小,采用线接触实现重力式初调垂,分别调整钢柱底端周边多组胀缩式胶筒的气压使其发生变形挤压钢柱,进而达到精准调整钢柱垂直度的要求。该技术在逆作钢柱垂直度控制、缩短工期及节约成本方面效果显著。
Nanjing Jinmao Plaza II project chooses total reverse construction of pile foundation, considering the construction quality,safety and feasibility of construction,the project adopts “double multi positioning guide and gravity type at the beginning,vertical expansion and shrinkage deformation of extrusion column bottom fine adjustment vertical”construction technology,the design of double to positioning and guiding device can make the steel the plane position along the column under the high pressure equipment for;gas,through the reinforced hose connection controller,expansion type rubber, balance weight,pressure size shrinkage type rubber cylinder through the expansion of the implementation of each controller to adjust the initial adjustment;gravity type vertical line through the contact pressure by respectively adjusting the bottom end of the steel column surrounding multiple expansion type rubber tube,which occurs extrusion deformation,steel column,steel column bottom plan position changes,and achieves accurate adjustment steel column verticality requirement. The technology in the reverse effect of steel column verticality control saves time and costs significantly.
