摘要
高强度岩层超深竖井施工中,土(石)方开挖工期长,人员的垂直运输是影响施工进度的重要问题。以湖北大东湖核心区污水传输系统工程为例,介绍一种新型悬挂式导轨架、整体下移驱动装置及顶部加节向下延伸方法实现超深基坑向下开挖过程中升降机同步安装、使用技术(以下简称悬挂式施工升降机),解决了超深基坑开挖过程中人员上下通行困难的问题。重点阐述了该设备组成、特殊设计、结构计算、安装步骤及工艺的研究。
In the construction of ultra-deep shafts in high-strength rock formations,the excavation period of soil and stone are long,and the vertical transportation of workers is an important issue affecting construction schedule. This paper introduces how to apply a new type of hanging rail frame,overall downdriving device and top section downward extension method to realize the elevator synchronous installation and using during ultra-deep foundation excavation,taking the sewage transportation system project in the core area of Dadong Lake in Hubei as an example. The technology solves the problem that people are difficult to travel up and down during the excavation process of the ultra-deep foundation. The research on the composition,special design,structural calculation,installation steps and process of the equipment are emphasized.
