摘要
目的分析腹部CT对急性非典型阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法选择急性非典型阑尾炎患者50例均进行了腹部CT检查,并与病理检查比较。结果腹部CT检查准确率为96.00%能显示阑尾局部肿大、阑尾变粗变长、阑尾周围出现水样包块、解剖异常等。结论腹部CT对急性非典型阑尾炎有较高的诊断价值,准确率较高,且能清晰显示病情。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of abdominal CT for acute atypical appendicitis.Methods Fifty patients with acute atypical appendicitis were examined by abdominal CT and compared with pathological examination.Results The accuracy of abdominal CT examination was 96.00%.The abdominal CT examination showed mainly local enlargement of the appendix,thick and long tail of the appendix,watery mass around the appendix,and anatomic abnormalities.Conclusion Abdominal CT has a high diagnostic value for acute atypical appendicitis.The accuracy of examination is high,and the patient's specific condition can be clearly indicated by abdominal CT examination.
