摘要
随着不断变化的社会机构改革,原机关单位下属的事业单位或国有企业逐步划分到省、市国资委下属集团各行业,面对不断加入的新企业以及人员的调整变动,组织生产管理、质量管理、安全文明施工管理的培训对一个大型建筑集团的持续发展尤为重要。本文以广州市建筑集团有限公司为例,从生产管理培训、建筑工程质量管理培训和建筑工程安全管理培训等三个方面介绍了广建集团各专业管理的培训方法,可为同行提供参考。
With the ever-changing social institution reform, the institutions or state-owned enterprises which affiliated to the original government units are gradually divided into various industries of the subordinate groups of the provincial and municipal SASAC(State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission). In the face of the constant changes in new companies and personnel adjustments, training in production management,quality management, and safe and civilized construction management is particularly important for the continued development of a large construction group. This paper introduces the training methods of various professional management of Guangzhou Construction Group from three aspects:production management training, construction engineering quality management training and construction engineering safety management training,which can provide reference for peers.
