摘要
通过对采矿设备采集系统的研究,拟打破采矿设备制造商自有的数据采集装置对设备底层数据的垄断,解决原数据采集装置数据种类少、通信实时性差、实用性差、各数据管理软件互不兼容的问题。实现多种采矿设备数据全面实时采集,并构建统一的数据管理平台;实现设备全生命周期的设备管理(例如设备点检,保养,维修,运行监控,故障诊断与预测,报表统计与分析等),提高设备管理水平,提高设备完好率,减少设备计划外停机时间,减少维修工作量,降低维修费用,为企业创造价值。
