3MWth CFB实验研究平台设计和实验研究

摘要 依据CFB锅炉技术流派和技术发展方向,本文设计搭建了3MWth CFB试验平台,开展了燃烧、环保和关键设备基础理论实验研究,以及基础理论向工程应用转化实验研究,并掌握了流化床燃烧过程燃烧效率与环保排放规律,以及关键设备设计方法。通过对3MWth CFB实验平台进行了创新设计,使其成为化学链燃烧技术中试示范科技平台,不断提升科技创新技术水平。 According to CFB boiler technology and development direction, 3MWth CFB platform is designed and built in this paper. Experimental researches on basic theory of combustion, environmental protection and key components are studied, and experimental researches on the transformation of basic theory into engineering application are studied. The combustion efficiency, environmental emission rules and the key equipment design methods are mastered, and innovative design of 3MWth CFB platform is conducted, as making it a pilot technology platform for chemical looping combustion technology, and continuously promotes scientific and technological innovation of technology levels.
