摘要
近年来,随着我们国家经济的快速发展和城市化进程的不断推进,规划环境影响评价建设已成为一个热点问题.规划环境影响评价具有一定的前瞻性,用来解决城市发展基础上的长期规划问题,由此可见,在生态城市规划中应用环境影响评价机制是明智的.本文探讨了规划环境影响评价工作的难点问题,并提出了解决的新思路和新方法,为生态城市科学规划与发展提供了理论依据.
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous progress of urbanization,the construction of planned environmental impact assessment has become a hot issue.Planning environmental impact assessment (eia)is forward -looking and can be used to solve long -term planning problems based on urban development.Therefore,it is advisable to apply eia mechanism in eco -city planning.This paper discusses the difficult problems of planning environmental impact assessment, and puts forward new ideas and methods to solve them,which provides theoretical basis for scientific planning and development of eco-city.
