摘要
目前我国草莓仍以人工徒手采摘方式为主,摘果效率低.在研究国内外草莓采摘机械现状及采摘机构原理特点的基础上,设计一种采摘收集一体化草莓收获机构,阐述该机构总体方案与工作原理,并加工出样机进行采摘试验,结果表明该机构适用于垄作草莓采摘作业.
The main method of strawberry picking is manual freehand, and the fruit picking efficiency is low in China. On the basis of studying the research status of strawberry picking machinery at home and abroad and the principles and characteristics of picking mechanism, a strawberry harvesting mechanism with integrated picking and collecting was designed. This paper expounded the overall scheme and working principle of the mechanism, and picking test was conducted by sample machine. The results showed that the system was suitable for ridge planting strawberry picking.
