摘要
建立了一种测定柑橘类精油中柠檬烯旋光异构体含量的气相色谱质谱联用方法,通过对方法的优化确认了载气流量2ml/min,升温速率1℃/min,初始炉温50℃为合适的方法参数,可使得两种柠檬烯的旋光异构体分离度达到1.30,且(S)-(-)-柠檬烯的回收率92.19%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.88%,(R)-(+)-柠檬烯的回收率93.89%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.78%.
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of limonene optical isomers in citrus essential oils was established.After optimizing the method parameters showed that carrier gas flaw rate by 2 ml/min,heating rate by 1℃/min,and initial fiimace temperature by 50℃ was the best way.The results showed that the resolution of two limonene optical isomers could reach 1.30.The recovery rate of (S)-(-)- limonene was 92.19%,theRSD (n=5) was 1.88%,The recovery rate of (R)-(+)- limonene was 93.89%,andtheRSD (n=5) was 1.78%.
