摘要
采用三点弯曲试验,研究不同强度等级的模袋布加固混凝土梁和素混凝土梁的弯曲韧性,分析了模袋布对混凝土梁弯曲韧性的影响。研究结果表明,模袋布能约束混凝土梁的变形,阻止微裂缝的扩展,降低混凝土的脆性。模袋布加固梁相比素混凝土梁,吸收能量值和等效弯曲强度有18%左右的提高,很好地提高了混凝土梁的弯曲韧性,改善了混凝土梁的抗裂性,弯曲韧性与混凝土强度等级呈现波动的曲线关系。
Three point bending test was carried out to study the flexural toughness of mould bags reinforced concrete beam and plain concrete beam with different strength grades. The test results show that the mould bag fabric confine the deformation of the concrete beam, prevent the micro cracks from extending, and reduce the brittleness of concrete beam. The absorption energy value and equivalent bending strength of the mould bag reinforced beam was enhanced by 18% compared with plain concrete beam. The mould bag fabric can obviously improve flexural toughness of the concrete beams and, improve the crack resistance of concrete beams. But the bending toughness of concrete beams and the strength grade of the concrete show a wave curve relation.
