摘要
研究采用二步法,以TiO2+ZrO2作为复合晶核剂制备了Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2(LAS)低热膨胀微晶玻璃,并分析了Li2O含量对微晶玻璃相关性能的影响。采用示差扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热膨胀仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对微晶玻璃样品进行表征。结果表明:随着Li2O含量从6 mol%提高至10 mol%,LAS玻璃的Tg由680℃降低至657℃,Tp由844℃降低至789℃。在相同热处理制度下,随着Li2O含量的上升LAS系统微晶玻璃中主晶相由β-石英固溶体转变为β-锂辉石固溶体。当Li2O含量为8 mol%,晶化温度为820℃时,LAS玻璃获得最低的热膨胀系数12.5×10-7/℃。
Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2(LAS) glass-ceramics with varied Li2O content were studied to get a low thermal expansion materials. The LAS glass-ceramics were prepared through two-steps heat treatment, while TiO2 and ZrO2 were used as nucleation agent. The LAS glass-ceramics were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), X-ray diffraction(XRD), thermal dilatometer, scanning electron microscope(SEM), and other testing techniques. With the increasing of Li2O content from 6 mol% to 10 mol%, Tg of LAS glasses decreased from 680℃ to 657℃, and Tp also decreased from 844℃ to 789℃. The main crystalline phase in the LAS glasses changed from beta quartz solid solution to beta spodumene solid solution under the same heat treatment. The lowest thermal expansion coefficient of ca. 12.5×10-7/℃ is obtained from the LAS glass-ceramics of 8 mol% Li2O and crystallized at 820℃ for 1.5 h.
