基于PC104+的转台信号处理器设计与实现

摘要 为了解决传统“金手指”式PCI板卡与总线连接不可靠的问题,进一步提高转台控制系统的可靠性,设计了一种基于PC104+总线的嵌入式转台信号处理系统。该系统以CH365桥路芯片实现嵌入式计算机和信号处理板间的PCI通讯;以DSP和FPGA为信号处理核心,完成多路码盘信号的实时采集及多路DA信号的输出;具有集成度高、实时性好、可靠性高的特点。 In order to solve the problem of unreliable connection between traditional PCI board and bus and further improve the reliability of turntable control system,an embedded turntable signal processing system based on PC104+ bus was designed. CH365 bridge chip is used to realize PCI communication between embedded computer and signal processing board. DSP and FPGA are used as signal processing core to complete real-time acquisition of multi-channel encoder signals and output of multi-channel DA signals. It has the characteristics of high integration,good real-time performance and high reliability.
