摘要
目的探讨梅尼埃病(MD)患者抑郁症状与非理性信念及应对方式的关系。方法选取2017年1月~2018年2月在广州市某医院住院的65例MD患者作为病例组,另选取65例患者为正常对照组。采用抑郁症状自评量表(SDS)、非理性信念量表(IBS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)测量表,在病例组入院时进行首次评定,出院时再次评定。结果 MD住院患者中38.46%有抑郁症状,SDS得分高于中国常模(P<0.01);病例组治疗前IBS各分量表得分及SCSQ消极应对方式得分均高于对照组,出院时得分较治疗前降低(P<0.01),但仍然高于对照组(P<0.01);病例组治疗前SDS得分与IBS中概括化评论、低挫折耐受、绝对化要求得分均呈正相关(P<0.05),与积极应对方式呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 MD患者抑郁症状较普通人群高发,且普遍存在非理性信念,消极应对方式较正常人多,临床工作中要及时评估MD患者的情绪问题,给予适当的心理干预,促进疾病康复,减少复发。
Objectives To explore the relationship between depressive symptoms, irrational beliefs and coping styles in patients with Meniere’s disease(MD). Methods Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS), Irrational Beliefs Scale(IBS) and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ) were used to measure 65 cases of MD hospitalized patients as the case group, and 65 normal controls were selected. The case group was first assessed at admission and reassessed at discharge. Results 38.46% of the MD patients had depressive symptoms, and the SDS score was higher than that of the Chinese norm(P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the scores of IBS subscales and SCSQ negative coping styles in the case group before treatment were higher than those in the control group, and the scores at discharge were lower(P<0.01), but still higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). The scores of SDS before treatment in the case group was positively correlated with the general comments, the low frustration tolerance and the absolute requirement in IBS(P<0.05), negatively correlated with positive coping styles(P<0.05). Conclusions The depression of MD patients is higher than that of the general population, irrational beliefs exist generally, and negative coping styles are more than normal people. Their emotional problems should be assessed in time in clinical work, and they need appropriate psychological intervention to promote rehabilitation and reduce the recurrence.
