摘要
通过回顾中国冰雪资源利用与发展史,分析冰雪资源发展路径的演变,为新时代乡村冰雪资源开发找准发展方向与目标。经验表明,新时代乡村冰雪开发要将旅游和冰雪产业协同发展。在完善冰雪旅游开发的基础设施建设的同时,要延伸产业链、推进农村副产品的优化。政府要为乡村冰雪资源开发提供必要的支持,并推动市场化开发。需对农民加强培训,提高其冰雪开发和服务能力,融入冰雪开发产业,共享开发成果,真正实现增收。
Through reviewing the utilization and development of ice and snow resources in China,the evolution of the development path of ice and snow resources is analyzed to find the development direction and goal for the development of rural ice and snow in the new era.Experience shows that the development of rural ice and snow in the new era should develop tourism and ice and snow industry in coordination,improve the infrastructure construction of ice and snow tourism development,and at the same time extend the industrial chain and promote the optimization of rural by-products.The government should provide necessary support for the development of rural ice and snow resources and promote market-oriented development.It is also necessary to strengthen the training of farmers,improve their ice and snow development and service capabilities,integrate into the ice and snow development industry,share the development results,and truly increase income.
