激光熔覆杆类零件切削刀具应用研究

摘要 针对液压支架中杆类零件外圆激光熔覆层切削加工效率低的问题,采用聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)刀具,运用单因素分析法,对比分析切削速度对加工效率和刀具耐用度的影响,试验结果表明,较传统涂层硬质合金刀具,运用PCBN切削刀具加工液压支架外圆激光熔覆层杆类零件,能够显著提高切削激光熔覆层的加工效率。 Aiming at the problem of low cutting efficiency of laser cladding layer on cylindrical surface of parts in hydraulic support, influence of cutting speeds on tool durability and machining efficiency was analyzed contrastively by using PCBN tools and single factor analysis method. Results of the test show that compared with conventional coated carbide tools,PCBN cutting tools can significantly improve the cutting efficiency of laser cladding layer on cylindrical surface of parts in hydraulic support.
