矿井提升钢丝绳无损检测及剩余寿命预测研究 被引量:10

摘要 钢丝绳广泛用于矿井提升中,而钢丝绳损伤引起的安全事故时有发生.为减少矿井提升事故的发生,需要对钢丝绳无损检测与寿命预测进行研究.首先分析了钢丝绳结构特性,推导了钢丝绳平衡方程.然后建立了检测仪三维模型,进行了有限元仿真,分析结果验证了检测仪的安全可行性.基于无损检测技术,完成了钢丝绳剩余寿命预测系统设计,并进行了钢丝绳局部缺陷检测实验.研究结果表明:检测结果与实际值误差均在4%以下,能为钢丝绳剩余寿命预测提供较为准确的数据,对提高钢丝绳寿命、减少提升事故的发生具有重要意义. Wire rope is widely used in mine hoisting, and safety accidents caused by wire rope damage occur from time to time. In order to reduce the occurrence of mine hoisting accidents, it is necessary to study the nondestructive testing and life prediction of steel wire rope. The structural characteristics of wire rope were analyzed, and the equilibrium equation of wire rope was deduced. Then the three-dimensional model of the detector was established and the finite element simulation was carried out. The analysis results verify the safety and feasibility of the detector. Based on the technology of nondestructive testing, the residual life prediction system of steel wire rope was designed, and the local defect detection experiment of wire rope was carried out. The results show that the error of the detection result and the actual value is below 4%, which can provide more accurate data for predicting the remaining life of the steel wire rope. It is of great significance for improving the life of steel wire rope and reducing the occurrence of lifting accidents.
