摘要
运用文献资料法、实地考察等方法,对我国休闲潜水旅游进行研究,结果表明:我国民众在国内参与休闲潜水旅游有体验式休闲潜水旅游、会员式的休闲潜水旅游、黑潜水旅游三种形式;我国休闲潜水旅游存在开发与保护、旅行安全、形式过于单一、高学历潜水教练缺乏、产业混乱、缺乏统一监管、潜水点少、分布不均匀等问题。提出:实现休闲潜水旅游资源可持续发展、实现休闲潜水旅游安全、实现休闲潜水旅游点的全国规划、实现休闲潜水旅游从体检式向有证(拿证)式过度、实现由政府牵头相关部门统一监管等建议。
By means of literature review and field trips, this paper takes leisure diving tourism in China as research objects, and carries on research of the development strategy. The results show that there are three types of recreational diving tourism in China:experience diving,certification for leisure diving and diving without a license. There are these characteristics of leisure diving club business in China: leisure diving tourism combined with characteristics of the integration of other industries, large-scale management, recreational diving and diving training, mainly selling diving equipment, predominantly training diving instructor. There are problems with leisure diving tourism development and protection in China: travel security, monotonous form, lack of highly educated diving coaches, industry chaos, lack of unified regulation, less dive sites, uneven distribution and so on. Suggestions are: sustainable development of leisure diving tourism resources, leisure diving travel safety, leisure diving resorts of national planning, realization of leisure diving tourism from the experience type to the certificate type, government-leading unified supervision of relevant departments and so on.
