摘要
目的探讨检测血清铁蛋白水平评估急性髓性白血病患者病情的应用价值。方法回顾性分析77例急性髓性白血病患者(初发组47例、缓解组19例与复发组11例)和30例健康体检者(对照组)的血清铁蛋白水平。根据WBC、Hb、Plt水平和骨髓原始细胞比例对初发组血清铁蛋白进行分层分析。结果初发组、缓解组和复发组的血清铁蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);其中,初发组和复发组的血清铁蛋白水平又分别高于缓解组(P<0.05),而初发组和复发组的血清铁蛋白水平相仿(P>0.05)。初发组患者中,不同WBC、Hb、Plt水平及骨髓原始细胞比例患者的血清铁蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性髓性白血病患者血清铁蛋白水平明显升高。血清铁蛋白水平可能成为评估急性髓性白血病患者病情的指标之一。
Objective To investigate the application value of serum ferritin detection in evaluating the illness status of the patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods Serum level of ferritin was retrospectively analyzed in 77 patients with AML,of whom 47 patients were with an initial onset of AML(group A),19 cases were with a remission of AML(group B) and 11 cases were with a relapse of AML(group C).Thirty healthy volunteers were taken as the controls(group D).A stratification analysis in AML patients with an initial onset was performed in the differences of serum ferritin levels between the patients with different levels of WBC,Hb and Plt and the percentage of bone marrow primordial cells.Results Serum ferritin levels of the patients in groups of A,B and C were all significantly higher than those in group D(P<0.05),which were higher in groups of A and B than those in group C(P<0.05),but were not significantly different between groups of A and B(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in serum ferritin levels between the patients in group A with different levels of WBC,Hb and Plt and the percentage of bone marrow primordial cells(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum ferritin level of AML patients is significantly higher than that in normal people and could be one of the indicators in evaluating the illness status of AML.
