镉与肾损伤和N^6-甲基腺苷相关研究进展

Advances in the correlation between cadmium,renal injury and N^6-methyladenosine

摘要 诱导氧化应激是镉致肾损伤的主要机制,而m^6A可参与氧化应激的发生发展,这为从RNA甲基化角度研究镉诱导氧化应激提供一种新思路。本文通过对最近几年的有关文献进行研究,综述镉致肾损伤以及N6-甲基腺苷(N^6-methyladenosine,m^6A)与氧化应激之间的关联性,为阐明镉毒性分子机制提供理论依据。收集国内外文献,并进行整理、总结和分析。深入研究镉毒性、氧化应激和RNA甲基化三者之间的调控关系,阐明镉致肾损伤的分子机制,可为镉毒性的预防和治疗提供科学依据。 By teasing out the recent years of relevant literature research, the paper summarizes the association between cadmiuminduced renal injury and N6-methyladenosine(m^6A) and oxidative stress, to provide theoretical basis for elucidating the molecular mechanism of cadmium toxicity. The authors Collect domestic and foreign literature, and collate, summarized and analyzed the literature. Many studies have shown that oxidative stress is the main mechanism of renal injury induced by cadmium, and m6 A is involved in the occurrence and development of oxidative stress, which provides a new way to study cadmium-induced oxidative stress from the perspective of RNA methylation. To further study the regulatory relationship among cadmium toxicity, oxidative stress and RNA methylation, and to elucidate the molecular mechanism of cadmium induced kidney injury can provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of cadmium toxicity.
