摘要
静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)包括深静脉血栓形成(DVT)和肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)。抗凝治疗是临床上一致公认的VTE防治基础。本共识基于护理循证实践,从护理人员临床专业经验和患者感受及愿望出发,建立了规范的抗凝剂皮下注射操作流程,旨在使护理人员掌握正确的抗凝剂皮下注射技术,从而降低注射局部不良反应发生率,改善护理质量,提高患者用药依从性,保证抗凝治疗临床效果,促进医疗安全。
Venous thromboembolism (VTE) includes deep venous thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE).Clinically,anticoagulant therapy has been well recognized as the basis of prevention and treatment of VTE.Based on the evidence - based nursing practice,clinical experience of nursing staff, and feelings and aspirations of patients,this consensus puts forward a standard operation process of subcutaneous injection of anticoagulant agents,hoping that this standard will enable nurses to master the correct subcutaneous injection technology of anticoagulant agents so as to reduce the incidence of local adverse reactions after injection,to improve nursing quality and patient compliance with drug use,to ensure clinical effect of anticoagulant treatment,and to enhance medical safety.
