摘要
针对某化工设备用纯钛离心泵的结构特点及使用要求,进行了石墨型铸造工艺设计,采用真空凝壳炉进行了铸件生产。对铸件缩孔缺陷的原因进行了分析,改进了浇冒系统,进行了石墨型预热浇注,解决了铸件内部缺陷,最终获得了化学成分、力学性能及内部质量满足标准要求的纯钛离心泵铸件。
In view of the structural characteristics and application requirements of pure titanium centrifugal pump for a chemical equipment, the graphite casting process was designed.Castings were produced by vacuum skull furnace.The causes of shrinkage cavities defects of the castings were analyzed, the pouring system was improved, the pouring using preheating graphite mold was carried out, and the internal defects of castings were solved.Finally, pure titanium centrifugal pump castings with chemical composition, mechanical properties and internal qualitymeeting the standard requirements were obtained.
