摘要
目的探讨磷酸奥司他韦联合治疗疑似儿童流感的治疗效果。方法选取120例甲流患儿,按照随机数字表法分成A、B两组。B组给予磷酸奥司他韦联合清热解毒类中成药治疗,A组给予磷酸奥司他韦单独治疗。比较治疗过程和治疗结束两组疗效。结果 B组的治疗总有效率显著高于A组(P<0.05),两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论磷酸奥司他韦联合应用清热解毒类中成药治疗疑似儿童流感疗效确切,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of oseltamivir combined with heat -clearing and detoxifying Chinese patent medicine for treating suspected childhood influenza. Methods 120 children with a stream were enrolled and divided into groups A and B according to the random number table method. Group B was given oseltamivir combined with heat-clearing and detoxifying Chinese patent medicine, and group A was given oseltamivir alone. The efficacy of the two groups was compared between the treatment process and the end of treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P<0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion The combination of oseltamivir phosphate and traditional Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and detoxification is effective in treating suspected childhood influenza.
