摘要
地方本科院校向应用型转变是我国高等教育发展的一项重要战略,建设高水平应用型大学成为了本科教育的共同关注。在加快推进“双一流”建设背景下,四川文理学院如何抓住转型发展机遇,找准定位,办出特色,释放活力,努力把学校建成特色鲜明、优势突出的高水平应用型大学就显得尤其迫切和重要。这就需要我们在解决教育价值观念、办学资源保障和人才培养机制等问题基础上,紧紧围绕建设高水平应用型大学目标定位,坚持学校第一次党代会确定的“三步走”发展战略,立足“三心四能五复合”高素质应用型复合型人才培养目标,构建好应用型本科人才培养体系,进一步夯实基础,凝练特色,凸显优势,推进高水平应用型大学建设。
Transforming local undergraduate universities into application-oriented ones is an important development strategy for higher education in China. For undergraduate universities, it is a common concern to turn themselves into high-level application-oriented universities. Against the background of accelerating the "Double First-Class" university construction, Sichuan University of Arts and Science finds it urgently important to grasp the opportunity, set goals, and take actions to build a high-level application-oriented university with distinctive features and outstanding advantages. To this end, the university needs to focus on the goal on the basis of solving problems concerning educational values, school resources and personnel training mechanism. It needs to construct an application-oriented talent training system by adhering to the Three-Step development strategy determined by its first congress of party representatives, and concentrating on the goal of cultivating compound application-oriented talents with responsibilities, ambitions and curiosities, who are expressive, practical, creative, and innovative, and who have developed in an all-round way. Doing so, the university will further consolidate its foundation, refine its characteristics, highlight its advantages, and then boost the construction of a high-level application-oriented university.
