摘要 目的探讨强脉冲光联合重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-bFGF)治疗痤疮后红斑及色素沉着的临床效果。方法选择2018年9月至2019年7月就诊于我院的62例痤疮患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各31例。对照组行强脉冲光治疗,试验组联合rh-bFGF治疗。比较两组红斑及色素沉着程度、生活质量。结果试验组红斑及色素沉着程度评分分别为(4.21±0.72)分、(4.50±0.64)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组中文版皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)为(4.02±0.75)分,低于对照组的(6.28±1.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强脉冲光联合rhbFGF可有效减轻痤疮后红斑、色素沉着程度,提高患者生活质量。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of intense pulsed light combined with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor(rh-bFGF)in the treatment of erythema and pigmentation after acne.Methods A total of 62 patients with acne who were admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,31 cases each.The control group received strong pulsed light therapy,and the experimental group was treated with rh-bFGF.The erythema and pigmentation degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of erythema and pigmentation in the experimental group were(4.21±0.72)points and(4.50±0.64)points,which were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Chinese version of the skin disease quality of life index in the experimental group(DLQI)was(4.02±0.75)points,which was lower than that of the control group(6.28±1.18),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strong pulsed light combined with rh-bFGF can effectively reduce the degree of erythema and pigmentation after hemorrhoids and improve the quality of life of patients.
