基于TRIZ理论的干马铃薯片制作工艺流程优化研究——以建水县福新果蔬专业合作社为例

摘要 基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ),本文对干马铃薯片的工艺流程进行优化设计,并以建水县福新果蔬专业合作社为例,运用TRIZ创新方法理论中的创新思维、以及40个发明原理等方法使得工艺流程变得智能化、环保化、自动化。通过运用新的工艺流程,不仅能够生产出质量更好的干马铃薯片,而且也满足了人们对健康食品的要求。 Based on the theory of invention problem solving (TRIZ) theory,in this paper the technological process of dry potato chips to optimize design,taking the Fuxin Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative in Jianshui County as an Example,by using the theory of TRIZ innovative method of creative thinking,and 40 invention principle method such as intelligent makes technological process,environmental protection and automation. The new process not only produces better quality dry potato chips,but also meets people’s requirements for healthy food.
