摘要
网易云音乐凭借音乐社交理念成为数字音乐行业中用户增长速度最快的音乐应用之一。本文以网易云音乐APP为研究对象,爬取、清洗、整理应用网站中网易云音乐用户评论文本,使用文本分析软件ROST-CM6对网络评论进行词频分析和语义网络分析,深度挖掘网易云用户需求,以此为基础为网易云战略发展提供建议,为网易云的长期发展提供借鉴和参考。
Netease Cloud Music has become one of the fastest growing music applications among users in the digital music industry with its music social concept. This article takes Netease Cloud Music APP as the research object,crawls,cleans and organizes the comments text of Netease cloud music users in the application website,uses the text analysis software ROST-CM6 to conduct word frequency analysis and semantic network analysis on the network comments,and deeply explores the needs of Netease cloud users. Based on this,it provides suggestions for the strategic development of Netease Cloud and provides reference and reference for the long-term development of Netease Cloud.
