The six titanium tube-type liquid ammonia evaporation external coolers required in the crystallization process of a company’s 600,000 tons/year joint alkali project are the key equipment in the project. After the inspection and supervision of the six sets of cryogenic vessels manufacturing process, The main points of manufacturing and quality control of titanium tube-type cryogenic vessels were summarized, and the key points and quality control measures for the manufacture of titanium tube-type heat exchangers were expounded.
