摘要
主要介绍了无极绳连续牵引车运输系统机械保护。工作制动是无极绳绞车上的手动制动器,停车制动为无极绳绞车上的电力液压制动器,紧急制动是梭车制动。梭车有普通梭车和制动梭车两种,普通梭车采用插爪制动,制动梭车采用抱轨制动,更安全可靠的保护方式应该是制动梭车抱轨制动;特殊复杂巷道为确保运输安全还会增加一辆辅助牵引制动车,实施抱绳牵引保护。
It mainly introduces the mechanical protection of the continuous traction vehicle transportation system. The working brake is a manual brake on the endless rope winch, the parking brake is an electric hydraulic brake on the endless rope winch, and the emergency brake is a shuttle brake. There are two kinds of shuttles: ordinary shuttle and brake shuttle. The ordinary shuttle adopts the claw brake, and the brake shuttle adopts the holding rail brake. The safer and more reliable protection method should be the brake shuttle brake. In order to ensure the safety of transportation, special auxiliary roadways will be added with an auxiliary traction brake and traction protection.
