摘要
原发性主动脉壁血栓是一种少见的主动脉疾病,发病隐匿,但并发症凶险,主要并发下肢动脉栓塞,其次为内脏动脉栓塞,引起相应器官缺血坏死,诱发败血症和多器官功能衰竭,病死率高。笔者就近年来原发性主动脉壁血栓的诊断与治疗进行综述。
Primary aortic mural thrombus is a rare aorta disease. It has an insidious onset, but very dangerous complications that mainly is the lower limb arterial embolism and secondly the visceral arterial embolism, which may result in severe sepsis and multiple organ dysfunction, leading to high mortality rates. Here, the authors address the diagnosis and treatment of the primary aortic mural thrombus in recent years.
