摘要
经过8年的发展,中欧班列运营取得重要成就,运行效益逐渐提高,区域竞合格局逐步形成.与此同时,中欧班列在实际运行中也面临着返程货源不足、区域竞争激烈、铁路基础设施不完善等诸多问题,这些问题和痛点严重制约中欧班列的高质量发展,尤其是在2020年中欧班列补贴全面退出即将到来之时,中欧班列未来的高质量发展急需从拓展货物资源、融入城市产业链、整合线路、构建沟通协调统一平台、塑造品牌形象等诸多方面破解应对,这对于推进"一带一路"建设具有重要意义.
After eight years of development, major achievements have been made in the operation of China-Europe freight trains, with their operating efficiency gradually improving and a pattern of regional competition and cooperation gradually taking shape. At the same time, it also faces many problems such as insufficient return supply, fierce regional competition, and imperfect railway infrastructure. These problems and pain points seriously restrict the high-quality development of China-European trains, especially when the total withdrawal of China-Europe freight train subsidies is coming in 2020. At the coming time, the future high-quality development of China-European trains needs to be solved from the aspects of expanding cargo resources, integrating into the urban industrial chain, integrating routes, constructing a communication and unified platform, and shaping the brand image. This is also of great significance to promote the Belt and Road construction.
