尿道致病性大肠埃希菌研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 Brady等[1]一项流行病学研究显示,尿路感染(urinary tract infections, UTI)发病率位居感染性疾病第二位,仅次于呼吸道感染,且以妇女和儿童高发。大肠埃希菌为革兰阴性条件致病菌,广泛存在于自然界中,当患者出现UTI、肺部感染、消化道感染、胆道感染、腹膜炎、脓毒血症及脑膜炎等疾病时,特别是机体抵抗力下降或免疫功能受损的情况下,易发生院内感染[2]。UTI分为有症状UTI和无症状UTI,分别表现为尿路致病性大肠埃希菌(uropathogenic E coli, UPEC)感染和无症状性菌尿(asymptomatic bacteriuria, ABU),其中多数为UPEC [3]。 UPEC 是引起UTI的主要致病菌,且90%以上的UTI由大肠埃希菌引发[4]。
