基于液压与PLC的箱涵件吊运装置设计

摘要 盾构掘进是隧道施工的重要组成部分,而作为其关键组成的箱涵件吊运装置却存在各种各样的问题,如无法适应低矮空间等特殊工况、定位精度低与响应滞后等等,这些问题严重制约着箱涵件的吊运效率与拼接质量。为了克服这一难题,我们采用基于液压与PLC防摇摆技术,设计了一种具有翻转功能的箱涵件吊运装置。该装置运行平稳、定位精准、实时响应,满足了箱涵件吊运的特殊工况,实现了箱涵件的抓取、转运、翻转与松放,提高了箱涵件的吊运效率与拼接质量,加快盾构掘进的施工进程。 Shield tunneling is an important part of tunnel construction, while as the key part, the box culvert lifting device often encounters various problems, such as being unable to adapt to special working conditions such as low space, low positioning accuracy and lagging response, etc., which severely restrict the lifting efficiency and splicing quality of box culvert. In order to overcome these difficulties, we design a box culvert lifting device with flip function by using anti-swing technology based on hydraulic pressure and PLC. The device has stable operation, accurate positioning and real-time response functions, which meets the special working condition of box culvert lifting, realizes the grabbing, transferring, overturning and loosening of the box culvert, improves the lifting efficiency and splicing quality of the box culvert, and speeds up the construction process of shield tunneling.
