摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定藿砂颗粒(广藿香、厚朴、泽泻等)中广藿香酮、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、24-乙酰泽泻醇A、23-乙酰泽泻醇B、去氢土莫酸、茯苓酸的含有量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;检测波长210、294、310 nm;体积流量0.9 mL/min;柱温30℃。结果 7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 0),平均加样回收率96.98%~100.03%,RSD 0.73%~1.61%。结论该方法简便、重复性好,可用于藿砂颗粒的质量控制。
AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of pogostone, honokiol, magnolol, 24-acetate laliso A, 23-acetate lalisol B, dehydrotumulosic acid and pachymic acid in Huosha Granules(Pogostemonis Herba, Magnoliae officinalis Cortex, Alismatis Rhizoma, etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid flowing at 0.9 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelengths were set at 210, 294, 310 nm. RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.999 0), whose average recoveries were 96.98%-100.03% with the RSDs of 0.73%-1.61%.CONCLUSION This simple and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Huosha Granules.
