摘要
中国盐业历史悠久,类型多样,影响深远,留下了数量众多的盐业遗产。这些盐业遗产正伴随着现代化、集约化、城市化和全球化的推进而迅速消失,需要尽快开展盐业遗产的现状调查和考古工作,通过问题梳理、比较分析和价值研究,筛选出能反映中国盐业史各时段、各类型的典型单位,以及能够体现盐业工艺创新性和盐业文化多样性的特殊单位,将其纳入文物保护法规的保护范畴,系统保护好这些盐业历史的物质见证和非物质传统。由于绝大多数著名盐场已经停业甚至变为废址,盐业生产体系已经瓦解,盐业工艺流程已不完整,总结盐业遗产研究的问题,细化和深化盐业考古研究很有必要。
China's salt industry has a long history with diverse types and far-reaching influences, leaving a large number of salt industry heritage. These salt industry heritages are rapidly disappearing along with the advancement of modernization, intensification, urbanization and globalization. It is necessary to carry out the investigation and archaeological work on the heritage of the salt industry as soon as possible. Through the combing of problems, comparative analysis and the research of value, we can pick out the typical units that reflect China's salt industry history of different periods and types. Additionally, special units that can reflect the innovation and the cultural diversity of the salt industry would be chosen. We should incorporate those units into the protection of cultural relics, and systematically protect the material witness and immaterial traditions of salt industry history. Since most famous salt works have been closed down or even become waste sites, the salt production system has collapsed and the salt industry process become incomplete. It is necessary to summarize the problems of salt industry research and to refine and deepen the salt industry archaeological research.
