摘要
利用X射线衍射仪采用旋转定向法对钼合金单晶((111)晶面)样品进行晶体取向的测定,并通过计算得到晶向偏离角。本文对旋转定向法测定晶体取向的测试原理进行了详细阐释,同时对单晶样品出现不同类型谱线的原因进行讨论。结果表明:当摇摆曲线呈单峰时,说明晶面与宏观表面完全平行;当摇摆曲线呈双峰时,说明此时晶向偏离角不为0;当摇摆曲线呈多峰时,说明单晶样品内部有亚晶出现。
Orientation of molybdenum alloys single crystal was tested via rotating orientating method with X-ray Diffractor and the orientation deviation angle was caculated. Testing principle of rotating orientating method was introduced particularly and the reason of different spectrum was discussed. The rocking curve with a single peak demonstrates that the crystal plane is exactly parallel with the macroscopic surface,while the rocking curve with double peaks indicates the existence of orientation deviation angle. Moreover,multiple peaks in rocking curve is related to the sub-grains in single crystal.
