摘要
为了提高高河矿本煤层瓦斯抽采效率与瓦斯抽采纯量,确保采掘工作面的顺利开展和安全生产,结合高河矿本煤层瓦斯赋存规律和矿山地质条件,研发了一种超高压水力扩孔技术,利用新型高压水泵和旋转喷头,完善了本煤层水力扩孔系统与技术,并在现场进行验证。验证结果表明,新型超高压水力扩孔设备提高了钻孔内瓦斯流量,相比之前普通抽采,瓦斯抽采纯量提高了2倍以上,扩大了煤层裂隙范围,增加了钻孔的抽采范围,钻孔有效抽采半径提高了1.8倍,瓦斯抽采效果明显,缩短了抽采工期,减少了施工成本,为企业带来良好的经济效益。
In order to improve the efficiency and purity of gas extraction in the coal seam of Gaohe coal mine and ensure the smooth development and safe production of the mining face, combined with the law of gas occurrence in the coal seam of Gaohe coal mine and the geological conditions of the mine, a kind of ultra high pressure hydraulic reaming technology has been developed, which has been perfected by utilizing a new type of high pressure water pump and rotary nozzle. This coal seam hydraulic reaming system and technology, and in-situ verification. The verification results show that the new type of ultra high pressure hydraulic reaming equipment improves the gas flow rate in boreholes. Compared with the conventional gas extraction before, the gas extraction purity has increased by more than two times, the coal seam crack range has been expanded, the drilling hole extraction range has been increased, the effective drilling hole extraction radius has been increased by 1.8 times, the gas extraction effect is obvious, and the drainage has been shortened. Mining period reduces construction cost and brings good economic benefits to enterprises.
