摘要
为准确评估木赛道的火灾危险性,采用锥形量热仪分析了2种厚度的木赛道试样的引燃时间、燃烧热值、CO/CO2生成率和平均比消光面积,采用10 MW大型量热仪开展了3组全尺寸木赛道的火灾试验,分析了不同用量的正庚烷、不同设置高度情况下的木赛道火灾增长系数、热释放速率等数据。结果表明,增加木材厚度可延迟引燃时间,降低平均有效燃烧热,但会增加总释放热量;木赛道燃烧过程可能会出现突然增长现象,此时火灾增长速率接近于0.178 kW/s^2。
The present paper is aimed to make an evaluation of the fire-ignition risk of the wooden race track in a bicycle hall.For the said purpose,we have managed to collect the sampling cases and analyzed 2 wooden race track specimens in terms of the ignition time,the burning strength and highest temperature of the 2 said track specimens.Furthermore,we have also done an analysis of the productivity of CO/CO2 and the mean specific light reduction area of the said specimens.In addition,3 full-scale fire tests of the wooden race tracks have been done with the conic shaped calorimeter,and a 10 MW calorimeter so as to determine the fire growth and the heat releasing rates at the different dosages of N-heptane and heights.The results of the above mentioned tests and measurements show that wood does not tend to get ignited at the radiant ignition flux of 50 kW/m^2.On the contrary,wood thickness increase can delay the ignition time.What is more,the general effective combustion thermos and the average specific extinction area of the burnt products can increase the productivity of CO2,promoting the total thermos release,which may not be closely correlated with the wood thickness.And,as a matter of fact,the combustion of the wood specimens tend always to have 2 peaks of heat releasing intensity rate.The first one tends to happen due to the combustion of the flammable pyrolysis products,which may result in the formation of the charring layer to help to isolate wood from the ignition source and promote the heat to release and reduce.With the testing process getting on,the charring layer may tend to crack quickly,and more areas of wood specimens would like to get exposed to the more flammable pyrolysis products with the second peak turning up.More generally speaking,the burning state and heat releasing rate are also ralated with some other factors,such as the ignition manners.For example,even if the combustion of the wooden race track goes on in a stable manner,the heat releasing rate of the wooden race track also tend to increase su
