摘要
【目的/意义】本研究旨在是探究在线评价中隐私披露与在线评价信息源可信度和后续消费者在线评价可靠性感知关系。【方法/过程】根据前人在线评价可靠性的相关研究和本文研究情境,通过设计调查问卷和实证分析的方法展开了消费者在线评价可靠性感知的影响研究。【结果/结论】研究发现,在线评价自我披露和系统披露对消费者在线评价可靠性感知具有正向影响;同时,评价信息源可信度正向影响消费者在线评价可靠性感知。
【Purpose/significance】The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between privacy disclosure in online evaluation and the credibility of online evaluation information sources and the perceived reliability of subsequent online evaluation by consumers.【Method/process】According to the previous research on online evaluation reliability and the research situation in this paper, the impact of consumer online evaluation reliability perception is studied by designing questionnaires and empirical analysis.【Result/conclusion】Through this study, we find that online evaluation selfdisclosure and system disclosure have a positive impact on consumers' online evaluation reliability perception;at the same time, the credibility of evaluation information sources has a positive impact on consumers' online evaluation reliability perception.
