摘要
我国目前进入了一个新的发展时期。在新的形势下,企业要坚持以人为本的发展原则,以此来做好基层的工作。稳定发展是企业谋求发展的重要前提,同时也是可持续发展最基本的保障。稳定的基层工作需要长期坚持。基层维修人员在实际工作时发现问题并且需要及时解决。在新时代,公司基层的稳定至关重要。论文主要探讨如何做好新形势下的基层维护工作。
China has entered a new period of development.In the new situation,enterprises should adhere to the people-oriented development principle,so as to do a good job at the grassroots level.Stable development is an important premise for enterprises to seek development,and also the most basic guarantee for sustainable development.Stable grassroots work requires long-term persistence.The basic level maintenance personnel should find the problem and solve it in time.In the new era,the stability of the company's grassroots is crucial.This paper mainly discusses how to do well the grassroots maintenance under the new situation.
