摘要
电机轴承异常噪声和过热的情况可能是由于非常复杂的原因造成,对其原因进行把控,并提出具体的解决对策,有利于提高电机的寿命。本文主要分析了电机轴承异常噪声和过热故障诊断与定位的主要原则,并结合实际情况,对解决措施进行探讨。
The abnormal noise and overheating of motor bearings may be caused by very complex reasons.Optimizing the causes and controlling them,and putting forward specific solutions,are conducive to improving the service life of motor bearings.Based on this,this paper mainly analyses the main principles of fault diagnosis and location of abnormal noise and overheating of motor bearings,and combines with the actual situation,discusses the measures to solve the problem of abnormal noise and overheating of motor bearings.
