摘要
在立式水轮发电机组的轴线测量与调整过程中,盘车工艺的应用较为普遍,需要相关人员重点关注。本文分析了人工盘车、机械盘车、电气盘车以及自动盘车这4种立式水轮发电机组的盘车工艺,阐述了对刚性支承与非刚性支承的摆度测量、盘车摆度值过大时的处理等立式水轮发电机组盘车的注意事项。
In the process of axis measurement and adjustment of vertical hydroelectric generating units,the application of turning technology is relatively common,which needs the attention of relevant personnel.Based on this,this paper analyses the technology of four kinds of vertical hydro-generator units,i.e.manual,mechanical,electric and automatic,and expounds the precautions for the measurement of the swing of rigid and non-rigid supports,and the treatment of the excessive swing of the wheel.
